Founding Pastor

From the beginning of Victory, Mark Harrell served in the lead role in 1990.  In 2022 he transitioned to serve numerous churches as well as Victory as a Father in the house.  In addition to his love for the local church, Mark loves to cycle and spend more quality time with the church family and grandchildren.  Mark and his wife Jeanette have three sons, all married and ministering in their local churches.
